VBC Team Update
Hi VBC Nation,
We are heading into another big weekend of volleyball competitions. Thank you for your patience and flexibility during the recent storm, and a special thank you to everyone who was able to make it to practice on Monday night. It has been great to see our athletes competing, supporting each other, and representing SPORTIME VBC so well. Please see below for this week’s important club updates.
VBC Girls:
Results: 14 Black, 14 White, 14 Silver competed in GEVA Girls 14 Club #1 held at SPORTIME Bethpage Multi-Sport on Saturday, January 24th. Congrats to 14-Black for finishing 1st and going 5-0 overall on the weekend. For full tournament results click here.
Coming Up this weekend: This Saturday marks the first Power League events for several of our teams. Good luck to 13 Gold, 14, Gold, 15 Gold and 17 Gold in their respective events.
- 18 Gold and 18 Black will compete in GEVA Girls 18 Open 2. GEVA is currently struggling to secure courts, so the location is TBD, so stay tuned for more information.
- 16 Gold, 16 Black, and 16 Red will all be competing at the SPORTIME Amagansett 16s tournament.
- 14 White, 14 Silver, and 14 Purple will compete in SPORTIME 14 Club 1 at SPORTIME Bethpage Multisport.
- 15 Red will compete in SPORTIME 15 Club 2 at SPORTIME Bethpage Multisport.
- 16 White and 16 Silver will compete in GEVA Girls 16 Club 2 at Queens College in Flushing, NY.
All schedules and locations will be shared by Alyssa if they have not been already.
